I’ve read that with the economy as it is, you’ll see more commercials for those special cooking things that will make your life soooo much easier. I’m curious to know if those super slicers and extra sharp knives and amazing cooking doodads eally work and which ones that are total rip-offs.

Eating Organic Foods – Do They Really Give Benefits?

A tremendous number of people believe that eating organic foods provides the best benefit in terms of health. Do you really need a microwave?

A microwave oven is a must for some. For others, the microwave symbolizes a kitchen appliance that may be used occasionally or not at all. If you are trying to decide whether to buy a microwave, there are a few basic questions you can ask yourself to determine whether or not a microwave is right for you.

Do you like the taste of quick-cooked food? This is important because microwaves are designed to cook quickly and sometimes the taste of certain foods is altered and diminished. If you prefer the taste of food that is slow-cooked or oven roasted, a microwave is not right for your cooking needs. This doesn’t mean you can’t buy a microwave. It does mean that you should not plan to use it to do all of your cooking.
