Pizza cooking time, commercial stone bottom pizza oven?
A friend bought a gas fired, stone lined pizza oven for his restaurant, big enough to do 6 large pizzas at once. He has not yet connected the oven so he can only guess how long it will take to cook a pizza.
He would like me to make a unit with 6 timers that would signal when each of the pizzas is ready to come out of the oven. This is an easy project for me but I need to know what range of times it will need to accomodate.
Choosing a Microwave Oven
Microwave ovens have long been favourites since their introduction for people who need food heating or cooking in a hurry. There are even entire meals now that can be cooked in the microwave for quick meals. There are now many different types of microwave oven with many different settings, some even able to cook meals like a cooker does.
Microwaves tend to come in two varieties, there is the table top microwave which is most common as they can be easily moved to make room for other appliances and don’t need any special fitting process. There are also in-built microwave ovens that are built into the wall or a cupboard in the kitchen. Having the microwave built into a cupboard clears up some counter work space but also keeps the microwave oven out of sight too.
